Additional Holes at Tops of Sneakers
If you like active rest, you certainly often wear and lace your sneakers, but might ignore the additional holes at their tops. It is not a defect, but an intentional design feature that is created for advantage of people who have blisters or whose feet are felt loose inside the shoes. Through the use of these holes you can make a “lace lock” at top which makes your feet to sit very tight inside and provides a more comfortable wearing experience. First you create lace loops by inserting the lace in backwards – from the outside and inside. After that you make a lock and then finish lacing the usual way. This trick helps your feet to feel firm, and your toes are not jamming into the front of your sneakers.
